Renovating a whole house is a different kind of project from renovating a room. The decisions compound — what you do in the basement affects the kitchen above, what you do to the structure changes what you can do to the windows, what you do to the mechanical means re-routing through finished spaces. The contractor's job is to see all of those decisions at once, before they have to be made.
We run whole-home projects with a single project lead from day one, weekly site walks, and a written update every Friday so you know exactly where we are and what is coming. The project does not finish at the punch list — it finishes when you have moved back in and lived through the first season.
