A bathroom is a room you visit at the edges of the day — early, late, never quite awake. It deserves to be a calm room. The renovations we are most proud of are the ones where the homeowner says, six months in, that they cannot remember what the room looked like before.
We hold ourselves to a higher standard on waterproofing than the building code does, because a bathroom that leaks is a bathroom that wrecks the ceiling underneath it. Every wet zone gets membrane, every membrane gets documented, every job gets a warranty in writing.
